Meaning of disease

We all know that disease is something that nobody wants to suffer from. We can find a some little definition of the term "disease".
What happens when we are not comfortable, and easy to do something,we call this dis ease but in medical terms disease means being uncomfortable physically. But I would say that every problem starts from uncomfortable mind or brain, how ? We'll find the answer ahead.

What our brain does?

Our brain is the master of our body. It runs all the processes of our body wether we are happy or sad or anxious. 
These days very common problems that almost everybody is going through is "blood pressure" related and "blood sugar" related.
I would say these problems as silent killers because these problems doesn't show symptoms until it's too late and what results we face are way too devastating.

All these issues starts because somewhere our brain part "hypothalamus" is being in dis-ease . Hypothalamus is the one which secrets different types of hormones according to our behaviour (happy, tensed, angry,sad etc.)

So the question arises here is what happens next!

Our brain is already working alot and hypothalamus is even being very busy and in all these things when we are in negative mood our body also start reacting negative not externally but internally as well because master of our mind is getting negative messages from our behaviour and commands to secret bad hormones or chemicals into our blood due to which we suffer from blood, brain ,heart related problems which ultimately leads to horrible end of life at very little age.

What we can do to overcome these problems?

In our Vedas and Mantras, answer is already given to this issue. These are

Chanting Mantras
Yoga
(Bhramari Asana, om avlom etc)

We all know that when we speak there is vibration from our vocal which generates sound. Amazing thing is ,these vibrations can also correct our body and mind as well 

Mantras were not made only for devotional purpose but also for health reasons.
These mantras when we chant generates vibrations which not only relaxes our body but our brain as well which ultimately leads to balanced mental and physical health.

Best way of chanting mantras is by closing ear with fingers and then start changing,this will make body hear and absorb these vibrations and work will be done effectively.

Another method is by chanting "OM".

There are many Asanas given but there are some particular yogasanas will helps in relaxing hypothalamus of your brain ,these are 
Bhramari Asana
Om avalom
Chanting "om".
